Waipu

Our Waipu Clinic

Our Waipu clinic is located in the heart of the Waipu village the south-most and largest community in the beautiful Bream Bay area. Waipu (Waipu meaning red waters in Maori) features a variety of attractions ranging from surf beaches, caves, native bush, rural scenery waterfalls to memorable dining. Settled by Highland Scot immigrants under the Rev Norman McLeod in the 1850s, it still has a strong Scottish tradition with a pipe band, the annual Tartan parade and the New Year’s Highland games.
